It used to be easy to find a free desktop calendar each month until Shabby Princess decided they didn't have time to do a free one anymore. :(
So I have decided to give it a try! Here is one for May ~ I hope you are able to use it.
Mostly everything I used was free digiscrapping elements so generously provided by many: The rose floral "stamp" is courtesy of Digi Junkie; the little robin is by DESIGNS by Dydyge; the frame by Indigo Designs; and the "May" letters are Summer Bliss Alpha by Elise's Pieces. Since this is being offered free, I don't believe any of the designers will have a problem with it, but if it is, please leave me a comment letting me know.
The file is a ".png" file, so you can click on the image, then right click to download. You should be able to drop your photos into it (just remember since the frames are overlapping that one of the photos will have to be layered on top of the other, as you prefer.)

Playing around this afternoon a bit, I designed these tag elements for digital scrapping. No dropped shadows added ~ I think people often have their own formulas for this. You should note that I size my elements for 8" x 8" page layouts, which I prefer for printing at home and placing in an album. No restrictions on usage ~ no copyright issues, just free for anything you would like to do with it. Enjoy!

Inspired by someone else's word art phrase, I challenged myself to come up with a different design using the same words. It seems like designing word art may be a stepping stone for venturing into designing digital scrapbooking on your own. At least that's what I tell myself. LOL! I'm just not sure I want to devote the necessary time to design when there are so many awesome designers out there whose products are quite affordable. If you would like to play with my "Word Art," feel free to download it from the link below.
