St. Patrick's Day Digiscrap Word Art Freebie

Inspired by someone else's word art phrase, I challenged myself to come up with a different design using the same words. It seems like designing word art may be a stepping stone for venturing into designing digital scrapbooking on your own. At least that's what I tell myself. LOL! I'm just not sure I want to devote the necessary time to design when there are so many awesome designers out there whose products are quite affordable. Fall Wedding Color Inspiration

My nephew got married this past weekend, and their color scheme was just gorgeous! I got "commissioned" to digi scrap their wedding album. I am really looking forward to working with these colors! I'm starting to build a file of papers and elements that will work ~ doing some recoloring of stuff I already have to match, but I need to find some white roses. If anybody sees any digiscrap stuff that would work well, give me a shout!

Off to a wedding this weekend. Will have to keep an eye out for things to photograph for extraction. I'm having a hard time with that so far, but hopefully practice will help. :)

Free Halloween Quick Pages

Playing with Halloween layouts today ... one I made last year and a new one today. I designed the keyhole papers and black witch on orange background papers. I love using vintage postcard elements on my layouts! I have been sticking to 8 x 8 layouts because they are easy to print at home. If you purchase an 8 x 8 album and try to do one or two layouts a month, it's easy to keep up with scrapping your year! :)
